The food here is so darn good, however, the people that work here really need some training in customer service. I went here recently and the cashier was rude and obnoxious. I'll continue to go for the food, but they really should deal with the cashiers and their attitude Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

My husband came thru the drive thru around 845, got a 2 piece white meal 2 sides and a 8 peice nuggets with 2 sides, was pulled up and waited 15-20mins, when he got the food the nuggets was cold and only had 7, then my chicken was warm, why did we wait 15-20mins then??? so i called the store and asked to speak to a manager, she then replied it was her so i told her what was wrong and she called me a liar, i was pissed and hung up, we also came this morning and spent $34 on breakfast, never in my life have i went thru this, im a manager myself at a fast food restaurant, i understand how it can get and they only had 3 people but to be called a liar and you cant count and had us waiting for 15-20mins for cold me... we WILL NOT be back to bojangles ever and not only that i will also be reaching out to corporate because this experience was bullshit
