Definitely confused on how a bojangles in the heart of Clemson and major tourist and family and name proud town could be pretty much out of everything at 2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday with NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN SIGHT. And instead of "we are working to get more out right now sorry for the wait, it's if you want it we'll drop it but it's going to take 20 minutes." With zero sense of urgency. I have never been more disappointed in a food establishment. Please review footage and inquire as to why the rest of the team is standing around doing absolutely nothing to make progress making sure options are available to customers. This is not a biased decision. Pendleton location does incredible business on half the staff. And they are 5 miles apart. Clemson should strive better or do the town a favor and remove the location to save the bojangles brand the scrutiny. Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chicken wings are fresh and good!!! All there sides were fresh as well!!! We will visit again in future. Team members were nice and friendly. Dinning room was clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The workers are almost completely absorbed in being social and make a display of their indifference. It is hard to believe that they can have so many people working and the food and service quality, etc. still be lacking in every aspect. Yuck. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
