The reason why I gave this three stars is because nobody likes the AI bot taking the orders when you go to the drive-thru. This review has nothing to do with the staff or how quickly the service is or the quality of the food it's strictly because nobody wants to talk to this AI bot in the drive-thru. Stop being cheap and pay people like Chick-fil-A does to take your order. I will not be back to this location unless I hear otherwise about the drive-thru changing back to humans Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

CO worker picked up and order for me and when he returned, items were missing. Food wasn't fresh, egg was dry and bacon was undercooked. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, she was quite rude and just made excuses instead of apologizing and correcting their mess up. CO worker returned to get missing items and there were other people waiting inside for the exact same reason. Won't be back to this location. Staff seems lazy. Food: 2 Service: 1

This was my very 1st experience eating Bojangles chicken & biscuits. Thr mac n cheese was yummy. The gals there were super nice & pleasant. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot Kid-friendliness: Yes, the kids were love the food.
