First time having Bojangles. I came back to leave a great review as another location was so bad I felt I needed to give this place its recognition it deserved. Fresh biscuits! Hot mash and Mac. Chicken was right perfect from the filets grilled and spicy, and the legs and thighs were amazing. Staff very friendly and polite. Appreciate good food and service! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst ever today. Waited 25 minutes in line, 10 minutes at order screen, the said helloooooo, got " we only have 3 people here", waiting another 10 minutes. Another 12 minutes for the people in front of me to get food or drive off without getting to the window. Another 11 minutes at the window because she kept talking to one of the other employees about people not showing up instead of working on orders. Finally threw it in a bag (easy,because it's already done). Over an hour at a drive through. Ridiculous! On top of that the food was old, hard and cold. Hope he runs the reopening F.O. location better or both stores will eventually close.
