horrible customer service. lady at the counter was very short with me. she could’ve been at least a little nicer i wasn’t even able to get the first part of my order out before she was rushing me. the food wasn’t worth my time nor money here it didn’t taste like Bojangles. I ordered at 12:01 p.m. and received my order at 12:58 p.m. I waited for 57 minutes. When I asked the workers for my food, they ignored me. When I asked for my money back, they also ignored me. The workers were very rude to me. I do not recommend this restaurant if you want fast food. This restaurant is so slow; you'll order today and pick it up tomorrow. Ordered a 4 piece chicken dinner with mashed potatoes. Chicken was stale and cold ,mashed potatoes powdery like they hadn’t been mixed well. I usually visit the bojangles in Creedmore a couple times a week for lunch and haven’t had any similar issues. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1
