Literally face to face with a cashier. Asked for extra sauces, charged my card and still didn’t get any. And these hard inedible tenders that I got pulled for? How am I pulled to get rocks??? What is going on? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Generally average to poor experiences every time. Never an outstanding performance. Employees have poor attitudes, make sloppy food, and mess up on orders frequently. Don't plan on going here before 6Am because the door will be locked and service will not be granted, Despite hours of operation beginning at 5Am. I have also noticed management frequently complains about employees to customers aswell. Overall this place leaves a bland taist in my mouth with its inability to be timky and organized. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Awful customer service. The rudest employees, extremely nasty. Their attitude is uncalled for. How hard is it to be a good human these days? This is the worst Bojangles I've ever been to, not sure how they're still open. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
