By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a bojangles. The chick at the drive through did everything but be polite. She was extremely rude to the point it wasn’t even worth getting the damn food. For this lady to work at a fast food establishment is ridiculous it shows she hates her job. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

big girl at the window cant even look at you when handing her the money, then she's hootin and hollerin/joking around w all the other girls in there taking her sweet time having fun while theres a line of cars. to top it off i got the wrong drink and the fries were hard and unseasoned. this place shouldnt hire just anybody especially teenagers and ppl who dont know a lick of customer service Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give this dumpster less than a star I would. Terrible employees, charged for the wrong order (more expensive) with no refund or even any sort of reconciliation after bringing it up, on top of waiting 25 minutes for some mashed potatoes, a biscuit and a sweet tea. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this awful establishment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
