I wish I could give this negative stars. I went through the drive-through and asked for two drumsticks and a small order of fries. I specifically asked to make sure the fries were hot. I paid for my food at 9:22 pm. The box was ready when I got to the window, which was less than 30 seconds; there was no one in front of me. A large bald white man handed me my order (I'm only describing him so you know who the employee is). He immediately closed the window. I sat there while I opened the box and felt the food. It was ice cold. I honked my horn a couple of times to get his attention, but to no avail. I parked my car to go inside, and the door was locked. I got back in my car, looked at my phone, and saw the exact time was 9:26 pm. I drove back through the drive-through, and they said, "Sorry, we are closed." I haven't been to Bojangles in a very long time, and needless to say, I won't be back. He could have just said, "I'm sorry, but we don't have 'hot fries', we're closed, and this chicken has been sitting here for hours". But no, he let me pay, gave me garbage, and wouldn't answer the door or the drive-through. Great employee! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

2nd and final attempt at this location. The coupon I gave was for a “corporate store, not a franchise “ so it was not honored. NO where does it say that on the coupon.. The last visit, I ordered a meal with an Extra Mac and cheese and Extra beans. Neither were in the bag. They were so confused at the window I had to pull up while they fixed it. 20 minutes later, TWENTY, they came out with the order. By then it didn’t matter if it was right or wrong I was late for work. Zaxbys right up the street will now be my place! Meal type: Lunch Service: 1

Stopped by @7pm to grab a to go order tonight (2/15/23). Place extremely crowded and short staffed. Mgr went above and beyond her pay grade to provide service to me and others while there. Also, went out of her way to teach and train her staff on making what could have been a chaotic dinning experience a success for me and others. Her kindness and compassion left a favorable impression on me. Job well done!
