Arrived at 6:10 am and ordered 2 chicken biscuits. The nice lady said it would be about 8 minutes. No problem. 10 minutes later I started to wonder. At 15 minutes later my wife goes inside. At 25 minutes later, she comes back out and says it will be 5 more minutes. At 30 minutes my wife goes back in for a refund. At 35 minutes, she comes out with a refund and chicken on a blueberry biscuit. Straight in the trash. We proceed to go to Whataburger next door. What a joke.

As a North Carolina boy, I was genuinely excited to see a Bojangles open nearby and get a little taste of home. Unfortunately, this location just isn’t up to the standard of the Bojangles I grew up with back east. I’ve been to this location three times now, and all three visits had issues. The first time, I ordered a chicken biscuit combo, but when I got home, the Bo rounds were missing from the bag. The second time, I asked for two honey mustards, and again, they were missing when I got home. If you know Bojangles, you know the honey mustard is half the reason to go. This morning, I gave it a third try and ordered a chicken biscuit combo with egg, bacon, and cheese. What I received was honestly disappointing. The biscuit was smaller than the palm of my hand, and I have small hands. The piece of chicken was barely larger than my thumb. I attached pictures for reference. I understand this location is new, so maybe these are growing pains, but after three poor experiences in a row, I probably won’t be back for a while, if at all. There are just too many other breakfast options in the area for this to feel worth it right now. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I’m surprised to see some negative reviews because I absolutely loved my experience here! The seasoned chicken was delicious, and the coleslaw was so fresh and tasty. I was particularly impressed with the biscuits—perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The seasoned fries were a great touch, and the peach pepper sauce was absolutely amazing. Personally, I enjoyed this much more than Cane’s. I’ll definitely be coming back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
