Didn't get my fries. Can't follow simple instructions. Apparently, has a whole lot of employees that are doing nothing. Waited 10 mins for a grilled chicken sandwich THAT WAS WRONG! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Customer service at the window was a 2. Don’t ask me what sauce I want just to NOT give me any AT ALL! Don’t ask me my drink if you’re gonna give me the wrong one! Wanted ti just turn around and get my money back! There are better Bojangles in Durham so look around. Price per person: $1–10 Service: 1
