The service is good, as is the food; however, they really should fry the chicken a little longer—and not just at this location, but at many others I’ve visited as well. I have visited more than 10 different establishments throughout North Carolina, and even so, it remains good. Food: 3 Service: 5

I just had the best Bojangles experience of my life. I ordered the Cajun fillet biscuit and a side of coleslaw. The biscuit was light and flaky and held together nicely (drives me crazy when they fall apart!), the filet was a good size, perfectly breaded and seasoned and wonderfully crispy. The coleslaw was fresh and delicious. I used the drive through so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. But that was one delightful and satisfying meal!
