Great staff of friendly folks & customers too chimed in on their favorites - was my first visit, husband told me about it & it'll be an option we welcome on occasions when it's easier than cookin great value & good chocolate shake too!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10

Today me and my coworker decided to try Bojangles for the first time. I was very disappointed from the time we picked up our order to the time I took my first bite. Bojangles have a long way to go if they are thinking of competing with the big boys here in Texas. The order was incomplete, missing lettuce when I paid for it (no big deal) but the taste in my opinion was yuck. The chicken had no flavor, tasted as if someone just took a chicken breast and just coated with flour, cornstarch and fried it. No flavor none at all. I am sure to some Bojangles food tastes fine but I wonder why would someone pay for food to be like hospital food and one has to add flavor with buffalo sauce or ketchup. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
