The cooks here prepare tasty chicken tenders, mashed potatoes and sausage & eggs. This restaurant guarantees you good biscuits. As a lot of guests state, coffee is really good.
At Bojangles, you can order food as a takeaway. The knowledgeable staff welcomes visitors all year round. Terrific service is something that people highlight in their reviews. From the guests' point of view, the atmosphere is enjoyable. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

I have always been a frequent customer at this particular location for years however I must say that the level of customer service has really gone down hill at this Hudson Bridge location. The people that they are allowing to be positioned at the window of the drive thru and that take the orders have terrible customer service & when they speak their tone indicates & comes across like they don't wanna be there. I'm SUPER BIG on customer service & I always go above & beyond to acknowledge great customer service no matter where I am because I feel that it's not acknowledged enough! Some of the workers don't even say "IT'S BO TIME" anymore like they are supposed to do. I mean if you don't like working in the public & are not a people person why are you here?!? Management & the company really need to do something about this because the employees are the FACE of the PLACE & not being pleasant takes away from the customers experience & makes Bojangles lose buisness. I have no complaints about the food it is hot when served in a timely manner. What happened to the OLDER LADY who is always so cheerful ar the drive thru yall need to give her a raise because she is a valued worker. These young people yall have at the window don't know nothing about providing great customer service they just think it's fast food & wanna collect a check. I'm calling corporate because this has happened too many times recently. Get it together BOJANGLES & hire people who actually wanna work & provide good customer service. Service: 1

I had a rough morning, I stopped by Bojangles in Stockbridge on Hudson Bridge Rd and ordered my food. When I got to the window, I asked the cashier who took my order what was her name she said Lorena . I was like wow this woman made my day with her pleasant voice , her compassion and the professionalism that she put out. It was more like you at home with your family. Hats off to Ms Lorena . We can take the time to complain but lack letting a person know that they are doing an awesome job. And by the way, my food was fresh, hot and good Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
