I really don’t like leaving negative reviews but this place needs to change. They were flys everywhere even on the food. Everybody had their hairs out no hair nets I was flabbergasted at how dirty this Bojangles was the only reason I give it a two star is because at least the employees where kind but I’ve did not end up buying anything for I feared it might have given me stomach issues or something to be honest again, the amount of flys in the Bojangles I have never seen in my life. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

I ordered three Boo chicken combos, I got one of them without mayo, and when I asked the man for mayo he said it has mayo I opened it then he said ok will add some but he returned it with little mayo i can’t even tasted it. Same for the two others. Tables are not clean and a lot of flys eating with you. It was my worst experience. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Horrible customer service. The cashier acted like she hated her job, being especially rude to the older gentleman ordering his food before us. Did not have the manners to be courteous when being thanked. Our order was given away to the wrong people and we were given some else’s order, when we proceeded to let her know our order was wrong she walked away with an attitude. I don’t expect high quality service but at least give the courtesy of a response that doesn’t show you hate your life and your job and make it a daily occurrence to take it out on the customers you serve.
