To order perfectly cooked biscuits and tasty sweet potato pie is a really nice idea. This fast food has good ice tea among its drinks. Clients don't like fried chicken at Bojangles.

At this place, you can get a takeout. The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Enjoyable service is something that people highlight in their reviews. Prices at this spot deserve attention since they're democratic. The atmosphere of this place is dull. This fast food hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

Absolute Worst Customer Service – Do Not Waste Your Time Rating: / 5 I am beyond disgruntled with the afternoon staff at this Thomson location. If I could give zero stars, I would. The level of disrespect, rudeness, and utter disregard for paying customers is completely unacceptable. For the second week in a row, this location completely botched our order, essentially giving me whatever they felt like throwing in the bag rather than what I actually paid for. This required me to walk back inside the store twice just to get our food corrected. To make matters worse, my wife enjoys breakfast in the evening and ordered a Cajun Filet Biscuit. Instead of just making the food, the manager decided to shout loudly for the entire restaurant to hear, "Who is ordering a biscuit this time of day?" Rather than correcting this completely unprofessional behavior, the entire afternoon staff joined in and thought it was hilarious. Bottom line: It is not your job to judge or mock what a customer orders; it is your job to make it correctly and serve it with a decent attitude. As much as my grandchildren love Bojangles chicken, this was officially our last visit. We will gladly take our business elsewhere to a place that actually values its customers. Avoid this location if you expect accuracy or basic human decency. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered Bo berry biscuits and sweet potato pies and they said they did not have any at 12:45. When we said we would wait for them to be fresh they seemed to be surprised that we would wait. Then when we got them they had missed one of our biscuits. And just so everyone knows, they don’t put the cinnamon icing or glaze on the sweet potato pies any longer or at least this location seems to lack it. Even though that’s how they are advertised in their app. The manager did the bare minimum and walked away mid conversation when all I did was ask why it was advertised online but she informed me they have never had it. Definitely not impressed with this location and the lack of professionalism. Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Great food Great service Food was hot and delicious. I ordered for my family 3 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits 1 grilled chicken and egg biscuit. Delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
