Walked into the Bojangles and there were three people dining inside. Restrooms were okay but every table was dirty and had not been cleaned up or bussed. We waited about 5 minutes inside as we watched people getting their horse through the drive-thru. Although we were acknowledged that we would be able to order soon, we decided to go through the drive-thru ourselves as that seemed to be the quicker alternative to getting an order place. After quickly placing our order, we get to the window only to be promptly told that they were out of many of the items that we tried to order. What a waste of time. Not sure exactly why Bojangles is out of many of the items. Management needs to address supply chain issues as well as staffing to make sure enough staff is availble to adequately handle the demands of both drive-thru and dine in orders. So disappointing. Went to Cookout up the road. Ordered my meal without trouble as I write review. Cookout has it together. Take notes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Stopped to get food while traveling after 10pm. Looked up the menu on the way there so we could order quick. Didn't find out about the limited menu after 10 until we pulled into drive thru. Which would have been fine if the lady on the speaker wasn't so rude about it, she pretty much yelled at us and called us dumb. Terrible customer service. We left without getting anything.

Had Bojangles in Tennessee for the first time and it was amazing. Decided to try it in South Carolina and this location was trashed and out of every it don’t tell you until the order was placed. Out of medium cups , green beans, legs, and the wait for fresh chicken was fine but only one piece was fresh. The biscuits were not burnt, but hard. The spicy chicken filet was like jerky I couldn’t bite it! Macaroni was lukewarm warm. Pinto beans were ok. Not much to say good. Disappointed to say the least. Won’t be going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
