NEVER TALK TO THE GUY NAMED "SASCHA" HERE!!! We came at 9pm with kids and we were seated. The guy asked us to scan the QR code for the menu. We decided our menu, wanted to order and they tell us "kitchen is closed" at 2115hrs. After some argument (kids have been hungry all day long) - the guy named "Sascha" said, "never come back again". What sort of customer service is this? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I loved bolero lubeck because the food are so much delicious and their staff are so much kind and pretty ^_^
