Overall 4.3 Food at Bolero Restaurant is 4.5 Wines between the French, Italian & Spanish 3.7 it was OK Ambiance 5 During a recent visit (yesterday), we really enjoyed the FOOD at Bolero. If we could do it again, we would just eat and spend 15 minutes walk around without wine tasting. We were kinda stuck there for a few hours since we bought 12 tastings passport between the 3 different wineries there. The architecture and atmosphere was AMAZING! Cool photo spots for sure. Must try at Bolero Restaurant: Brussel Sprouts Empanadas Lemon Olive Oil Cake (cant remember the name) There's so many wineries to visit so definitley need a few days touring and maybe a day of relaxation after.

The cute hostess at Bolero, Mike, La Ree, Nielsen and Betsy were such exceptional servers. As a tourist they gave such help suggestions and we ended up spending at Europa bc of the environment these people creating for us. You’re the best Bets

We stopped in here on Christmas Eve and had a very relaxing afternoon! Europa Village Wineries & Resort is a local paradise with each part of the winery focuses on different countries in Europe including Spain, Italy, and France. Parts of the winery definitely give you that vibe and the wines are also modeled after popular wines from the regions. It's a really relaxing place to be and the staff couldn't have been friendlier. Highly recommend! Be back soon.
