Came in on a slow Thursday night to have a few drinks with friends. Jayda was our server and I really wish it was someone else. We had to ask for waters 3x. One of my friends ordered wings at 11:40. Before the wings came out Jayda brought the check at 1:35. At 1:35 the wings still wasn’t out. We had to bring it to her attention we didn’t have them. Before last call a friend ordered a bottled ultra (which was hard to do because Jayda would take one order then runnnnn from the table before anyone else could order) he never got the BOTTELED ultra. After questioning it Jayda claimed he never ordered it. It was 4 of us at the table and we all heard him order with her. After asking for a manager Adrian came to the table and said “she said he didn’t order a beer” I then proceeded to verify with everyone at the table that he indeed did order a beer and his response was “well it’s 1:50 we can’t serve a beer” I’m a bartender myself and LEGALLY an establishment can serve alcohol until 2Am. Which I made him aware of. He then proceeded to say basically it was nothing he could do even though it was the servers mistake. Ok cool. This is the icing on the cake… when Adrian left the table my friend went to the bar and ORDERED A DRINK AFTER 1:50. Even though my friend was able to order a drink from the bar we was still gone by 2AM. The manager needs to be retrained. He’s horrible at customer satisfaction. Customers keep this place open . He was a joke. As a manager I would have got him a bottled beer and comped it off and apologized. SIMPLE. Bombshells is trash. Nobody here cares about customer service. 15+ mins for water, 20+ mins for drinks, 60+ mins for WINGS.
