After a walk around Carlisle Cathedral, many visitors stop by this cafe. You will be offered French cuisine at Bon Appetit. Delicious coffee is among the best drinks to degust.
Imagine a combination of great dishes and the terrific staff, this is exactly what this place offers. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

Customer service = 0Now called Brewed awakenings Went in today, place has one table occupied. They seated us at the back and we asked to sit near the window so my daughter could look out the window, the blond older lady serving said "erm no, you sit back there". No reason why we couldn't sit at the endless window tables. We left.

Just left Bon Appetit - Carlisle after my first visit with my partner for a spot of lunch and the overall experience was extortionate and abismal. At first the staff were friendly and courteous. However, although the venue was not busy, we were rushed and out after 10minutes. The food was basic and prices are ridiculous. How can the company justify over double price to eat in compared to take out. We payed £17.50 for two small pepsi, 2 baguettes and both had small amount of lettuce, dried cucumber and tomato with a lump of coleslaw on the side of our plate. Dried prawns in a baguette with little Marie Rose Sauce. Overall a disappointing experience for first time visit, neither of us enjoyed the experience and will definitely not be returning. Value for money? Definitely not.
