While the location is undeniably convenient for a pre-flight fuel-up, the kitchen seems to be struggling with the basics. Specifically, the French Fries. The Potato Problem Let’s talk about the state of the side dishes. It is a bit of a mystery why deep-frying has become such a high-stakes gamble here. While the blend of spices used is actually quite pleasant, the execution is—to put it mildly—appalling. The Salt Factor: It feels less like seasoning and more like an industrial-grade preservation attempt. The "Burn" Factor: These aren't "crispy"; they are carbonized. There is a very thin line between a golden crunch and a bitter, burnt stick of potato, and Bon Appetit crossed it, did a U-turn, and crossed it again. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
