We went here for the first time Recently because we had a gift certificate. Despite the fact the waitress only had one other table And was leaning up against the wall for a while we couldn't find her at all when we needed her. We told her we would be using a gift certificate early on, but she forgot and Send someone else out with the bill without the gift certificate taken off , and she also forgot to put our to go order in. And worst of all the food was terrible, don't waste your $.

This was my first visit to Bon Caldo and my friend and I both thought the food was fantastic! We both had the "Cesare" salad to start. The lettuce was fresh, cold, and crisp. The dressing was blended perfectly and not too heavily applied. The croutons were buttery crisp and not your standard "jawbreakers." Next, we had "Salmone" which was a grilled salmon with orange citronette sauce, julienne vegetables, and oven-roasted yukon gold potato--all of which were excellent. They were perfectly prepared and so enjoyable. I couldn't stop eating. I didn't want to waste a single bite! For dessert, we had the chocolate gelato which was rich and satisfying! On top of this, we had the nicest and most efficient waitress. We came as part of a large group for an educational function. Amy waited on nearly the entire room. I'd guess there were about 50 of us. She worked really hard. She was as friendly when we first came, to a few hours later--after she had served all of us. The food was all plated beautifully and considering the volume of food that came out of the kitchen, I think this speaks to the level of mastery in the kitchen. Wish I had taken pictures to share! Will definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

This place is an absolute disgrace. Bland, tasteless, poor quality around. We ordered a variety of items: bolognese, ny strip, chicken carbonara, grilled mahi mahi, etc. Everything was rubbery and gross with no flavor. And on top of that, expensive! This place has no business being in business anymore. Service was good but otherwise, this is borderline Olive Garden caliber.
