Busy sunny afternoon on a Saturday. The outside area is handled professionally and we're welcome with a name and time taken for the reservations Drinks are ordered and menus are brought to the table. (Divide and conquer) Kids choose their kids menus and I go for the house special: short ribs. Cooked to perfection and seasoned just right. Pepper sauce is great though somewhat traditional. I'd choose some more creative sauce but nothing wrong with evergreens. The house rosé wine (pinot Grigio) is super for a warm, sunny afternoon. The white Pinot Grigio is slightly less flavorful, so trade up to the white do not trade down! We were served in approx half an hour which I consider fine for a busy afternoon and early dinner shift.
