It's honestly boring, and every time I try to book karaoke all they say is that they don't have it? One of the staff members just took a 50 in while we were trying to all pay even tho we said to give the change back, so they just took an extra 40 dollars from us even tho we told them that it wasnt right considering we counted it atleast 5 times? Other than that the other staff members were nice

I think Bonga Game Café is separate from the Bongarestaurant that was located upstairs, but it could be another venture. Nonetheless, it was very disappointing.I think they do offer a bit better pricing than other board game cafes because they have a PS4, Wii or Switch in every room, decent amount of board game selection and it's a cool spot to hang out with friends.JUST NOT THE FOOD.They need to be honest with their menu and the way they price their food.So we got Kimbap for S4 (kimbap traditionally comes with pickled radish, egg, carrot, fishcake, and cucumber) and we got an ONIGIRI???There is no veggies, just 70% rice & 30% meat, that's literally not what I ordered. Then the half chicken (salt & pepper) for S12, what you're seeing in the photo. Popcorn chicken size almost, for the price and size I got this was very mediocre and it was salty. You would think for a Korean Fried Chicken you would get that same amount, size or taste. Even with the previous owner of Bonga. It was such a let down that we had to leave and go to a different restaurant. When we left they charged each of us $5 for just sitting in one of the booths that is not for the game rooms? I felt like they should have indicated that because none of the game rooms were even available for us to use?Overall, cool concept but they need to fix their menu by being honest and pricing right. Service was very nice, they were friendly.

First time here. Their tteokbokki was great!! I had it in a different korean restaurant but theirs is way better. Not sure if the servers were the owners but the lady and the gentleman were really nice. Will definitely recommend and plans coming back.
