Many people come to order nicely cooked fried chicken. Clients don't highly appreciate ice tea at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of Bonchon Chicken - District Imus. From the guests' point of view, the staff is rough here. According to the guests, the main disadvantage of this place is the unprofessional service. The bad atmosphere won't attract many users. Most visitors who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

We ate here for a quick lunch. My mom first noticed that there was only one crew taking the orders and doing the orders while the other crew (assuming they're on break) was playing near our table. They were playing so loud. The crew taking the order I guess got frustrated because she has rung the bell many times but no one came to serve the food so she went back to the kitchen and argued LOUDLY with the other crews inside. We went here every Thursday with my kids, favorite kasi nila ung flavored chicken, so wala kami palya weekly kami dito, kaya lang last week ung anak ko natapon niya ung ice tea, ung lalaki na nagalinis, i know na mahirap ung trabaho nila kaya nga nanghingi kami basahan, galit cxa at binangga ung mesa at ung anak ko kahit naka upo nag mop cxa, sabi ko pagod lang siguro, pero nung naglalakad ung anak ko binangga nia, nag sorry na nga kami, di naman sinasadya, ayaw na tuloy namin bumalik, ma mimiss namin pero kakatakot naman pala ung crew dyan
