they said 15-20mins waiting time, in the end we waited for 1 hour for food just to arrived! we only ordered 2 orders of their chicken and to only see that the customer behind us got their orders before us! so we decided just to take out our food, WORST BON CHON BRANCH EVER! NEVER AGAIN.
