Many people point out that waiters offer perfectly cooked chicken here. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Most guests find that the staff is knowledgeable at this place. According to the clients, the main drawback of Bonchon Chicken - Robinsons Gen Trias is the spectacular service. When you enter this place, you notice the quiet atmosphere. But a number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Bonchon at Robinsons was a very disappointing experience. It took around 30 minutes just to receive our food, which is far too long for a fast casual restaurant. During the wait, the staff were very loud and did not seem attentive or helpful when customers needed assistance. The overall service felt disorganized and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will not be visiting this branch again. Price per person: ₱1–500 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good day, I would like to raise a concern regarding my experience at Bonchon today. I waited 30 minutes just to get my food, which is very inconvenient, especially for someone like me who is working and only has limited time for breaks. One of the reasons I chose to eat here is because I expected faster service, but unfortunately, the long waiting time affected my schedule. I hope this matter can be addressed so customers like me can have a smoother and faster dining experience in the future. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 1
