A new spot on the culinary map of Tienen in an interesting location. The menu is short but everything is made with high quality products and it makes the waiting time for each course not that long. As a vegetarian I enjoyed the hummus with the sourdough bread (it’s an amazingly good hummus!) and the red beet salad - really superb! Definitely to be repeated when the menu changes.
