Bonbon is a modest yet inviting restaurant located on Nishidamen Street in Aisai. Known for its breakfast offerings, this establishment provides a cozy and quiet atmosphere that appeals to early risers looking for a soothing start to their day. While it primarily operates in the morning hours, from 7 AM to 2 PM every day except Wednesday, it’s popular among locals for its simplicity and an assortment of coffee selections.
The interior reflects a vintage charm that, although slightly aged, remains well-maintained with spacious seating. The restaurant caters primarily to dine-in patrons, emphasizing morning guests with its classic breakfast menu choices like coffee and light bites. Amenities such as a toilet are available, but potential visitors should note that payments are limited to cash only. Additionally, there is the convenience of a free parking lot for those arriving by car.
Though there haven't been any recent updates from the restaurant, customer feedback suggests that while smoking was once allowed, the current nonsmoking policy could still be navigated by sensitive noses. The space’s quietness and seating arrangement make it suitable for small meetings, though reservations are recommended as it can close as early as 1 PM occasionally. Catering largely to a loyal local clientele, this spot offers a nostalgic glimpse into traditional dining in Aisai.
