The cusine in the venue is mostly British. I can recommend to order a sides to share like the Ploughman’s( Westcombe cheddar, smoked ham hock terrine, ox cheek “scotch egg”, home-made piccalilli, apple chutney, caper berries & bread
), combined with a bottle of white wine like the Pinot Gris Huia from New Zeland! Convenient prices, pleasant services!
Around 10 min away from Barbican station, the Lounge is situated quite close to the Barbican lake side with great views.
It has different contemporary dishes but my favourite ones are definitely the carnivore which you can share with a friend and the Severn&Wye smoked salmon. You would pay not more than £30 for two people.
