Good evening. We are your regular customers. I always liked everything, good cuisine, atmosphere, and service until today. 11/11/23 we had dinner in a cafe, 3rd floor, round table..... after dinner, as usual, they asked for the bill. The young man who served us took the bill, but did not bring back the change, but stood near the bar with another waiter, looking at something funny on his phone. 10 minutes passed, he still didn’t bring the bill with change, another 5 minutes passed, I turned to him with a question, will there be change? Only then did he deign to bring it. 400 rubles is not a lot of money, and we always leave tips ourselves, and the amounts are larger. But the very fact that he deliberately did not bring change and was waiting for us to leave is outrageous. That is, the waiters themselves determine whether to bring change to the client or not. A very unpleasant aftertaste. Although Boniface is our favorite cafe, and we visit it regularly. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
