This Bon Juk & Bibimbap Cafe franchise location is a tasty alternative to complement a heavily pork-fueled trip to Jeju. They have some vegetarian-friendly options, and the servings are plenty large to fill you up! The juk is similar to Chinese congee, but with more ingredients and sides. (Friends enjoyed the bibimbap as well.) Splitting a bowl of this rice soup / bibimbap and a plate of their dumplings between 2 people would be a great option. Bonus: the owner is very friendly and speaks some English! Note that to eat in, you should arrive by ~7:30pm, otherwise they do takeout only.
