If you're in Atami and looking for a chill spot away from the touristy places, Bonnet cafe is a must-visit. It's run by the sweetest Japanese grandma and grandpa, and the vibe is so retro and cozy. I had their cheeseburger and ice latte combo, and it was seriously good—fresh and flavorful. Even though they don't have an English menu, Grandpa can help explain things in basic English, which is super nice of him. Bonnet cafe is perfect for just kicking back and enjoying good food without the long waits you might find elsewhere.
