I came in for breakfast on the first day of their new policy of counter-ordering and to-go plates. Apparently, this was very controversial from the opinions of staff and regular patrons. My "breakfast burrito" did not have any eggs in it, and was not as good as I had hoped. My food was served in a round aluminum to-go dish. I was dining in the restaurant. It was difficult to eat, so I asked for a plate and was told that they stopped serving on plates. I ended up tearing the sides of the container to make a flat surface. One of the staff asked to take a picture of my solution which I granted. The other patrons enjoyed my solution and congratulated me for original thinking. Not impressed with this place. My server was great, despite the obviously unpopular recent policy changes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The older server we had this past Monday morning was awful. She acted like she was on top of everything but was easily distracted by conversing with people she knew. She talked so much about her issues and complained about everything. I wonder if she knows how to talk positive. We weren’t the only customers to notice : I made confirming annoyed glances with another customer. Better service is needed. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
