We tried one of every pasta dish at Boombots Pasta Shop, and not a single one missed. Every pasta was thoughtfully made, deeply flavorful, and clearly crafted with care. You can taste the intention in each dish. The service was welcoming and attentive without feeling overbearing, which always makes the experience that much better. And the owners are truly wonderful humans. Kind, passionate, and clearly pouring their hearts into this place. Denver is lucky to have Boombots. We’ll absolutely be back.
