Yo, so I ordered three drinks, right? And I specifically said no ice in any of them. Two of the drinks were fine, but the protein supreme was like half empty. The person who gave me the drink went to ask their coworker about it, but they didn't seem to care and said it was because there was no ice. I was like, "No way, man. I've ordered no ice before and it's never been half empty." Then I realized that the rude staff who took our order had added milk to fill up the cup, but they didn't even bother to blend it again. It was all clumpy and gross. I've been to other stores before and they always ask me what else I want to add to make sure I get a full drink. I mean, I get that you have to follow the recipe, but if there's no ice, you gotta use some common sense, right? And don't even get me started on the wait time. It's always so long. This store definitely needs a manager or something to make sure customers are getting what they pay for. We spent $34 on three drinks, and I expect them to be at least decent. I normally make weekly visits to this boost located in Epping, I am so irrevocably bombarded with the quality of my mango magic without banana! I come here for what they say “fresh juice” but tonights mango magic did NOT meet my standards nor did it meet my expectations. This boost is supposedly one of the best boost juices that the local area serves, I find that quite hard to believe after tonight’s taste testing of my juice. I am dissapointed. My opinion must be heard!
