Had coffee in the café. Very slow service. 3 in front of me and it took nearly 15 minutes to get 2 coffees!! 2 staff behind the counter, 1 to serve food and 1 to serve coffee. Fair enough but the girl on coffee was just standing there waiting until the food was served. I think she could have been taking orders for hot drinks and making them, or is that just me being a bit impatient?

Sadly it's clear that the cafe is chronically and acutely understaffed. Only one person on the counter, and the two breakfasts came out so far apart one of us finished before the other even appeared a d even that wasn't complete. All the staff were rushing, and constantly busy, but with insufficient time to complete their tasks. It's a shame, as other Booths cafes I've visited haven't had this issue, so I suspect it's how this one is run. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking, into a flat & level carpark, automatic doors to the store and a functioning lift to the cafe level. I can't remember the till height I'm afraid. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Plenty of parking
