Emailed them on their website almost a month ago due to my experience & never received a response back!! When I went it was a Thursday not that much people there but some lady was passed out there. The service was really slow. Waited for a server for around 20 mins. Me & my fiance never been so we needed a second to look at the menu which seemed fine at the time. Ordered our drinks & they were not good. Dr Pepper was lacking flavor and there was no carbonation. Waited on our 2 sodas for about 15 mins. Finally ordered and got hot garlic Parmesan wings which I was really excited to try since TikTok has hyped them up! They had no spice to it at all when I asked the server she just said my spice limit was high but I don’t think they gave me hot and she wouldn’t check to see because clearly my “spice level is high” my fiance has way less of a spice tolerance and he said it had no flavor or spice to it either. We got our burgers and elote fries after it seemed like forever and our fries were cold but the burger was hot? Spent $76 on a waste of time & money because after waiting for so long we just took our food home but didn’t even eat it since our experience was so bad! The server seen we didn’t really eat the food or drink the drinks and asked no questions but how little of our to go box we should get! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $30–40
