If you’re anywhere near Big Spring, Texas, do yourself a favor and stop by Borrachos Tacos. The birria tacos and egg rolls were hands down the best I’ve ever had. The tortillas were perfectly crisp, the beef was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, and the consommé took everything to another level. Every bite tasted fresh, authentic, and made with care. I’ve had birria tacos all over Texas, and these set the bar higher than any I’ve tried before. Great food, great flavor, and absolutely worth the stop. I’ll be making a return trip anytime I’m back in Big Spring. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The street & birria tacos are really good, meat has great flavor along with the consume. They have great customer service and have their son working the drive thru window, love to see it!
