It's always been good and I have not had that many issues until recently. Recently they've been having new hires but the issue with that is there's no manager on sight. It seems they leave their new hires alone to figure out how to make stuff. My previous trip, I've had to wait 30 minutes near close to get my item which I wasn't even told my item would take THAT long. The new girl just seemed confused overall not knowing what she was doing and I wanted to give her grace but also it was frustrating to not be told that it would take that long. Today, I went in and I believe there were 2 new girls working as well, different then from the other day I went. It wasn't as long as 30 minutes but I still had to wait like 10 minutes for my order, overheard the confused girls talking about how they didn't know if my order was even in stock, finally confirmed with another girl who looked to know more about the place that they didn't even have it, just to be finally told that after a few more minutes. It would be fine if I wasn't on a time crunch or if I was told as soon as they figured that out but they seemed to be running around confused trying to make my order and it wasn't even sweet and as good as if an experienced person made the order. Terrible management and irresponsible for the owner/boss to leave new hires to handle the workplace on their own.

Thank you for taking the time to share this with us. We’re truly sorry about your recent experiences. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait, especially when you weren’t clearly informed that your order would take that long. We also understand your frustration about the uncertainty surrounding your order and its availability. That should have been communicated to you immediately, rather than leaving you waiting while we figured things out. There’s no excuse for that. We’re taking your feedback seriously and will be working on better training, communication, and support for our newer team members so our customers don’t have to experience this again. We really appreciate your patience and the grace you showed our new staff. We hope you’ll give us another chance to provide you with the experience and quality you’ve come to expect from Boss Tea.

Nasty! First off we walk in the restaurant the young lady is sitting behind the counter eating chipotle and the other young lady is washing dishes, she proceeds to get up without washing her hands and grabs a cup and ice to make my drink. I watched her before I said something. I asked her, please wash your hands before making my drink. She then yells at me, “I’m not making your drink.” We are the only people in the restaurant. Plus the location is unkept. Will NEVER RETURN and I will be letting people know.i work out next door.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We sincerely apologize for what happened, especially regarding hand washing and the way you were spoken to when you raised a reasonable concern. That is not the level of service or food safety we expect from our team. We take cleanliness and proper hygiene very seriously, and we will be addressing this with our staff immediately. We’re also taking your comments about the condition of our restaurant seriously and will work to improve it. We completely understand your frustration, but we would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Since you work next door, please feel free to ask for the owner or manager if you’re willing to give us another chance. We would personally like to apologize and provide you with the experience you should have received. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We will do better
