Wood Bridge Bossa is a great place to visit, but unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience with our waiter last night. The waiter did not introduce himself with a name, so we're referring to him as a male waiter. We had a baby shower dinner with 25 guests, and unfortunately, the food was cold and came out of the kitchen one by one. Additionally, the waiter printed a bill with the wrong pizza on it, even though nobody ordered the MORITURI pizza. When we pointed this out, he responded in a demeaning way, which was disrespectful. We even told the staff as we were leaving that he didn't seem like a waiter but rather a police officer. In the future, we would like to have a waiter who has customer service experience and who loves what they do, regardless of the people they are serving, their race, or religion. Our bill was 5000 Rands, including the full tip, but the waiter's attitude left a bad taste in our mouths.
