A perfect change of pace and an outstanding burger After nearly a week of enjoying French cuisine, we were ready for something a little different, and Bost delivered exactly what we wanted. The burgers were a welcome change of pace, and easily broke into the top 5 burgers we've ever had. The quality of the ingredients, the balance of flavors, and the execution were all spot on. Everything felt thoughtfully done without being overcomplicated. It’s clear they take pride in what they’re serving. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it an easy place to unwind after a day of site seeing.
