Good day

Firstly I would like to say Boston BBQ no longer exist, the restaurant has new owners and the new name is BBQ BUFFET RESTAURANT. Secondly the menu and prices on this website is completely wrong.

It is with sadness that I feel I have to write this review. We have visited and eaten at Boston BBQ Wonderboom on a few occasions in the past. Never was I as disappointed as last night (7/7/2014). I was expecting a pleasant evening out as it was my birthday. When we were seated, I requested a bottle of Drostdy Hof Adelpracht, the waitress was unfamiliar with what was on the wine list. And so the "pleasant" evening began. Cutlery stuck to the table, then one has to pick up 3 plates before finding a clean one. (Dinner plates as well as desert bowls). My husband had to request a clean glass for his drink etc. The menu, has also scaled down dramatically. Also there used to be little name plates that indicated what was available when dishing up. Now you have to guess is it steak strips or liver? Turned out to be liver. We picked this venue on past experience. I Will however give another a try. Not sure what happened between our previous visit and last night but chances are less than slim for a return visit.
