What a disappointing experience at Boston Coffee! The toilet hygiene was absolutely unacceptable. My daughter went to use the toilet and found poop left in the toilet bowl. This was disgusting and completely ruined our experience. To make matters worse, the food and drinks was lousy and far below expectations. Popcorn chicken was over fried, nasi lemak is not fragrant.The overall experience makes me seriously question the management’s standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality. A food establishment should maintain basic cleanliness and provide decent food, but unfortunately, Boston Coffee failed to meet these expectations. This will be my last visit. I have no intention of returning. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes real improvements, because customers deserve much better than this. Great Food and Great Service from the staff, i ordered the Nasi Lemak Curry Rendang and it taste good and portion is just nice. Totall worth it for the price. When we are about to leave, it was raining heavily. The staff name Leo even provided us an umbrella. Definitely will come back tomorrow!
