Do not order from here online the restaurant is permanently closed. I placed an online order oct 30 2023 for 60.00 only to arrive at the restaurant to a sign saying official notice restaurant permanently closed. I called the closest open store (Shaker location) for the manager to tell they get this phone call all the time and corporate never answers. He told me my money would be returned at the end of the night because the order was never fulfilled. Except it's been over a week and my money has still not been returned to my card. Food was dry and terrible the cook was outside smoking, the server was terrible all around bad service. Boston Market has gotten terrible food and service. Chicken was dry and the side dishes cold and dry Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Recommended dishes: Sides, Cornbread, Rotisserie Chicken
