Came in for dinner, has a Brute and Cactus Fries. It was as I was hoping and delicious. The server was perfect. Will be back. I was at this restaurant on Easter Sunday. I'll never go back! I went with my 3 children and my husband. We've always been Boston Pizza customers, but Mayfield was our first time. 2 of my kids had bugs and cheese and chicken. they had a terrible time with diarrhea and vomit. They started vomiting on Sunday night and spent the whole monday morning vomiting. At the end of the day my son started to get better. My daughter continued to feel unwell until Tuesday. I contacted the restaurant reporting what had happened. The manager answered me kindly, apologizing for what had happened, and even asking me what else had been consumed because he was going to give me a refund. I thought it was cool, at least to be reimbursed after had our Easter ruined . In short: I'm still waiting today. I even sent a print of my statement showing the charge on the bill, I also asked them to please deduct the amount given as tip, as the waitress is not to blame for the terrible conditions of the restaurant and I am still waiting. I have already sent 2 emails asking about the refund and they haven't even responded. restaurant trash and service. lost a regular customer!
