I normally absolutely love Boston Tea Party. Today was disappointing. Sold out of half the menu (I understand sometimes it can be unexpectedly busy). Then waited a long time (nearly an hour) for a granola bowl and a breakfast. When they came, the breakfast was lukewarm. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: £20–30

Hi Madison, Thank you for your review, and we're sorry to hear your visit didn't live up to your usual experience with us.Unfortunately, we experienced an unusually busy period that day, which led to several menu items selling out and longer wait times than normal. We did make customers aware of the extended wait on arrival, but we completely understand that waiting close to an hour for breakfast is frustrating.We're also sorry to hear that your breakfast wasn't served hot enough.
