i had the misfortune to retun to this store today to order a steak pie for take away , i had a nice pie and which came with chips on wednesday this week for the sum of £4.25 Today i went in and ordered the same this time it was £6.50 ish , i paid and was given change . i sat down and started to wait , there was then a commotion at the till and i was asked to get out the change i was given because he has given me too much monney back ( aparently 50p) i found this strange to empty my pockets . he the too £4 back off me still confusion , i got fedup told them they can keep the money and the food and left . i wont go back . improve your cash handeling procedures and stop giving the customer your training issues. i had a sandwich from greggs no issues , cash taken Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10 Service: 1

Popped into Boswells Basingstoke on Saturday the 4th of April in the morning and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were exceedingly polite and well mannered and the food was outstanding. The toilets were clean and tidy and overall the experience was one to be highly recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
