Botan Sendai serves the kind of meal that reminds you how satisfying simple food can be when it’s done well. I ordered a teishoku set, and the pork was excellent. It was very tender and full of flavor without being heavy. What made the experience stand out, though, was the service. When the staff noticed I was struggling to choose from the menu, she kindly stepped in and helped me decide. It was a small gesture, but it made the meal feel welcoming rather than transactional. Excellent katsu place with lots of different options! Katsu is well prepared - moist and cooked to crispy perfection. Recommend the Botan set. Can also ask them for recommendations! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
