One of the most special dining experiences I’ve ever had. Botanic is truly in a league of its own. The staff were incredible and the sommelier was unbelievably knowledgeable. Each dish was so intricate and complex. Favourites were the caviar cone, cheese danish, fish tart and ants and horseradish and desserts. My least favourite was probably the maron, it was a little translucent and undercooked for my taste. The cellar selection wine pairing was also excellent, highly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner
